Can I get a refund for my payment?

Our refund policy:
  • We only allow one refund per customer.
  • We don’t offer refunds for annual memberships after 14 days of the charge.
  • We don’t offer refunds for monthly memberships.

* If you paid through a SEPA direct debit, you can request a refund up to 8 weeks after your initial payment.
